Frame Rate Dropping

Ever since the update dropped I am seeing a large drop in frame rate and considerable input-lag (about 1/2-1 seconds) especially doing the Omega Particle game. It's also doing this just travelling through sector space. It's not so bad doing episodes or TFO's though.
