Ship Tailor Problems

For the past couple of years i've noticed some problems with the tailor.
I've already submitted this as a bug report via email to cryptic, however I thought i'd post this here, don't know if anyone else experiences this.
1) Elachi Qualash doesn't appear in the tailor:

2) Elachi Sheshar doesn't have type 3 material after unlocking a different Elachi T6 ship

3) Warship intrepid and intrepid materials are not selectable in the ship tailor.

4) Vengeance Dreadnought keeps defaulting to Contitution type material, and will not let me select anything else

5) Terran Empire skins are not available on all ships, I'm classing this as a bug as the Terran Skins should be unlocked for all fed ships, this includes the I.S.S. registry
Its a cosmetic feature thats a "nice to have"
