Transwarp problems

I submitted a ticket for this issue and was advised by a Game Master to post this issue here on the forums.
The 1st character I created in STO is my main character still and is now 6-7 years old. This character has completed more of everything in the game than any of my alts and has far more accolades. Has even finished the "Path to 2409" lore.
Here's the problem. My main character cannot transwarp to locations that my alts can.
For example: Transwarping to Beta Quad: Drozana sector cannot be done with my main. When I have tried to do so with my main nothing happens. Character remains in same location. But if I do the exact same thing with any of my alts it works just fine.
Another location that my alts seem to be able to transwarp to but my main cannot is Alpha Quad: Defera Sector. Main cannot but alts can. No problem transwarping directly to Defera system, just can't transwarp to the Defera sector in Alpha Quad.
Hoping this issue can be fixed. Thanks in advance!
