so, i've done what i can to help reduce it,
lower settings on gfx
restarted router
reset router & wifi (though i play hardwired)
reset windows firewall
opened ports to game
checked for virus, malware & hardware issues
windows updates & drivers are current.
still happens. yet i can play other games or watch live streams without problems.
