Constant crashing

Already been through a support ticket, and steam post, tried every conceivable fix on my end, including launching the game in safe mode while the PC itself was in safe mode with networking, the game will crash either during the zoom in on the character list or shortly thereafter. Sometimes it'll run for longer seems rather random. At this point there's nothing else I can try myself to get the game running, I have a couple other games crashing too Deep Rock Galactic, and Earth Defense Force 5, Deep Rock is the only one that even gives a crash report, Star Trek itself doesn't, nothing even appears in the Windows event viewer for Star Trek Online's crashes.

Even though the developers and QA team may not reply, they will see it there and hopefully look into the issue.
