Character walks at normal speed instead of jog

Not sure if this is a bug or I activated something without knowing but I have a character who walks like an NPC normal human speed instead of jogging. This can be a problem when playing ground actions, so should I send bug report? Also, none of my other characters have this problem.

    There is a key stroke you can put into the chat box...

    /walk 0 will make them walk slow.
    /walk 1 will make them do the jog

    Try those and see if they work...

    I mentioned in the Bug Report post if your character was a Jem'Hadar or not. Thanks. :)
