1) Character Name: Kradok lvl 53 Vice Admiral - Tactical - Vulcan
2) Exact ship purchased:
Jem'Hadar Temporal Vanguard Warship t6) (Note for clarification: I made the purchase via the open information page. This was a ship I had been interested in for a bit and the gift of a Token was too much to pass up. So since I was inside the description there was no way I could have selected the wrong ship. The ship I ultimately ended up with is an Earhart and the Store page is for the most part alphabetical so it would have been no where near a Jem'Hadar ship.
3) Wrong ship:
Earhart Strike Wing Escort
4) Date: 12 December 2019 (way to end the Old Year) time was about 8:00 pm EST (My roomie and I are members of Forbidden Angels. She won the Token and gave it to me as a Christmas/New Year gift, The drawing was at 7:30 pm EST.
I copy this from my GM in-game Ticket:
dutch54#2239
Dec 31, 17:36 PST
This confirms my account and the date and time. 17:36 PST translated to 20:36 pm EST or 8:36 pm
5) Additional information:
When I made the purchase the confirmation box popped up and confirmed the Jem'Hadar Temporal Vanguard Warship (T6).
Additional oddities that took place. I initially was aboard my ship when I first looked at the Store to see what ships were available via the token. There was an extensive list of available ships. Side note the token trade was made at the Winter event and I went to my ship to go to the Space Dock.
My slots were full and I needed to delete or drydock a ship so I went to the Space Dock to manage my ships. I deleted a beginner ship and reopened the Store.
This time there were a number of ships no longer visible. The only Jem'Hadar ship listed was the one I wanted, the Jem'Hadar Temporal Vanguard.
So, I opened the ship information window reviewed the specs to make sure I indeed had the right ship and I did. I made the purchase from the bottom of the information page and got the confirmation box.
Upon acquiring the ship, I went to Ship Management and activated the ship. This is where things went totally wrong. I hit activation and the ship disappeared.
I tried opening and closing and re-logged to no avail. So, I checked Drydock and there the ship was or so I thought. It had the same name that appeared on the original confirmation.
I reactivated the ship and it was then as it opened that I realized I did not have the Jem'Hadar but Earhart Strike Wing.
Sorry, you can not make this up.
I tried re-logging and nothing changed.
I hope this can be resolved. To the best of my knowledge, I have never even looked at the Earhart.

Also, I'm afraid we can't help with customer support issues, we are just fellow players and some content moderators.
If you wish to PM me your ticket number, as well as @handle and platform you're playing on, I can pass the information up the chain so there are 2 different sets of people looking at this, but aside from that there is nothing I can do.
