Environmental Suit 23rd century

I am still have the suit visuals bugged on my male character. I see others in game (females) with the suit working. Would it help to buy another? I feel I should not have to, since I did pay for a perfectly working product to begin with. Are any developers working on correcting this? I really love STO very much and also REALLY enjoy TOS. This brought back really good memories of my favorite episode The Tholian Web. Please fix this problem or is there any advice to get it to work again? I am a lifetime member and spend ALOT of time in that suit in the dilithium mines. I would really like it to work again. Thank you for making an enjoyable game.
