TOS Tutorial Broken - Cannot Claim Shuttle

Created a new TOS character yesterday just to enjoy the tutorial section of the game for that 'era' again - it's so good!
However, when I arrived at Spacedock, and following the mission prompt to claim a shuttle, I found I couldn't get the Type 7 Shuttle to show up at all in order to claim it.
