On 06 DEC 19, I purchased two Outfit Collection Box - Breen Adaptation Suit from the Winter Wonderland vendor and placed them into my Account Bank until I had enough for all of the Captains on my account.
On 07 DEC 19, I noticed that they were no longer in my Account Bank. I've been through the banks and inventories on all 14 characters to see if it had been accidently moved to one character. Unfortunately, the missing items were not located.
On 07 DEC 19, I submitted at ticket from the in-game interface. I presumed that since I was given a ticket number in chat (which I wasn't able to save), that it would automatically be listed here in Arcgames.com. Alas, that wasn't the case.
Since this new item is rather 'expensive' in terms of 'holiday currency', you can see how missing items would be considered a kick in the ornaments..
