Breen Wrist Attach 2 Bug -- Doesn't Change Colours

When I try to change the colour of the right Breen wrist attach, it stays the default grey. It applies only to the right attach version 2. Version 1 doesn't suffer from the same problem

I chose a brighter colour, so it's better visibile




And the other one that works properly for comparison
