Reputation marks not being given

Example, When completing a Discovery Legendary Reputations task which you either get 400 or 5,000 points as a reward the very first 400 marks task I do does not give me the said 400 marks reward, same with Competitive Wargames, so everyday I get cheated out of 400 marks on whatever Reputation I do, I now only have Competitive Wargames left but I should be about 20,000 points higher than I am I believe because I have only just recently noticed that the very first 400 mark task never gives the 400 marks.

VEry first 400 Mark task of the day I should say, after completing the 5,000 mark task.
