Two Ships Displaying as Ready

In the character/inventory screen I have 2 ships displaying as ready (2 ships + shuttle), as a result I cannot assign all bridge officer abilities to my ship, as the game thinks I have a tier 1 ship. I attempted to dry dock one of the ships but I cannot since they are both showing as "ready"
