QUESTION: Breen Adaptation Costume

Does the Breen Adaptation Costume unlock account wide? Just asking before I open it, because it doesn't say whether it will be character bound or account-wide unlock in the description.

    It is unlocked only for the toon that opens it.​​

    The Breen suit is the most expensive item we have gotten in the store so far, it's almost double the price of the Breen ship warpcore.
