[Trait: Coalition Squad Tactics] Not Providing A buff to Self or Teammates.

The Ground Trait: Coalition Squad Tactics is not providing a buff to Self or Teammates. I was doing some ground maps teamed with fleeties and noticed that the buff icon for the Coalition Squad Tactics was not showing and there was no discernable buff being provided. We all had Coalition Squad Tactics slotted under Personal Ground Traits. We changed maps and went to different ground maps and still no buff(s) for any team member.

After much testing the Trait does provide a buff to Self but not Teammates. And there is no Buff Icon in the HUD whether teamed or not.
