CAN NOT CLAIM Fek’ihri Fe’rang Dreadnought Carrier T6

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I claimed the Fek’ihri Fe’rang Dreadnought Carrier T6 on my main Toon and i am NOT able to claim it on other characters on my account was told by customer service to post here so here is my posting for the BUG would be nice to not have to do this with so much hassle all the time GM are not very helpful

    At least I'm not alone. Cryptic suggestion to me was to post it here and let the community solve it

    Is your inventory full? Is your overflow bag empty?

    All inventories have enough space. I cannot reclaim on other toons.

    Then that is a bug that needs to be fixed.

    Known bug - email said they’re working on it. Hopefully fix will come in Thursday patch.

    This is also true on XBOX, people not able to reclaim, and some used the lobi buyout and can't reclaim.

    Yeah, I’m one of the guys on Xbox that paid the Lobi buyout and can’t claim it on my other toons. It’s not even on the list of ships to claim over on our side (I posted a video as proof). It did give me the initial box on the character that I paid the Lobi on, so I have the ship on him at least.

    It’s a shame too, because I really like the ship.

    It was fixed on PC today, so I'd imagine the next patch for XB1 & Ps4 will also contain the fix. Problem will be waiting for it to arrive...

    Excellent! I really like the ship so I’m looking forward to claiming it on my other captains.
