Multiple Active Starships

My ship selector has two active star ships. One is always the Manticore class ship. I cannot access the star ship tailor either, as it always defaults to displaying the Manticore. I can change the active star ship amongst any ship, but cannot actually fly the Manticore itself. I also cannot switch ships in space maps from any ship to the Manticore, but can otherwise switch amongst any other ship.
