I used my Ultimate Tech Upgrade I got from the 20 keys I bought with Zen on the Booleen Heavy Assault Cannon and it didn't work at making it a Epic Heavey Assault Cannon.
It still the same very rare ground weapon.
I have lost my Ultimate Tech Upgrade because of the failed upgrade I tried on it.

Date and time for New Zealand I would say around just after midnight on the 11/24/2019
