Frequent Game Crashes

As per GM Chancellor Knuckles' recommendation to me after addressing the problem via support, I am creating this post.
It started about a week and a half to two weeks ago when I came back to the game after a hiatus.
The game freezes, then after a minute will crash and close out completely. The very first time it did this, I got a notice about the display drivers crashing, but this has not happened for any of the crashes since then. It was determined by Arc support that my Intel display drivers were not up to date.
I have since updated my drivers to the latest version available and it seemed at first that this might have remedied the problem and I wasn't going to bother making this post if that had been the case. But tonight I've been trying to just complete some missions and it seems to be freezing and crashing more frequently now than it was before I updated my drivers.
System Stats:
OS: Win 8.1
Display Adapter: Intel HD Graphics 4600
Processor: Intel Core i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHZ
RAM: 12 GB
62-bit OS
x64-based processor
