Missing Dilithium

On 11/14 I logged onto the game and allowed the patch to complete. I signed into my main character Geary@freddiejoy. I refined 8000 dilithium ore, and it was up over 115,000 refined dilithium. I then played the current event, and I logged out. When I logged back in on 11/17 I refined 8000 dilithium ore and realized my total refined dilithium was only at 23,000. It should have been up over 123,000 refined dilithium. I am missing 100,000 dilithium.
