i am at 700 vet days. i did receive the 1000 vet award but lost it amung 1 of my characters... can you give me another 1 oor change the 700 vet to 1000 vet on my account pls

Not sure which specific reward you meant, but you better make a support ticket, since there aren't cryptic support employees on the forums.

Are you referring to the 700-day vet buff you get?
That doesn't go away.
The 700-day buff is the highest buff and there isn't a higher one, so you have a permanent 700-day buff, however long you've been a veteran.
