The Nimbus III missions to find and fight the Orionsin the mission 'Breaking the Planet' that leads you the Laurentia System in the Xarantine Sector where you are to engage in a PVE doesn't work. It's just like Starbase 24 where you get there and you que for the PVE except it never comes up, no team gets assembled--nothing happens and so you cant finish the mission.
