PvP Missions Are No Longer Available

It appears that the PvP Missions Are No Longer Available for Team or Private play.

[1] Open Mission Journal
[2] Open the PvP Queue Window by selecting the PvP Tab

No PvP Missions are listed. Is this a Bug or by design? :'(

    It's taken down by cryptic, they announched it on at least facebook and twitter. Due to issues with pvp after the update.

    I would expect them to announce here, though. This is, after all, the official STO forum.

    Anyway was that the issue of chars getting to level 1?
