Xbox One: Unable to Slot Event Reputation Projects

This is just the latest of issues that I've had over the past several months, but ALL of my characters (2 Fed and 1 KDF Delta Recruit LVL60-LVL65) are having the following issues:

• Cannot Slot Event Reputation Projects
• Cannot Train Officers
• Cannot Slot Projects that use Special Inventory such as Borg Implants, Chroniton Buffers, Voth Implants, Iconian Datacores, and so on...
• Cannot See those Special Inventory Items in the Reputation System
• Cannot get support to help out. I was told to "just post in the forum".

To date I have done the following to help resolve these issues:

• Checked Inventory Overflow on all characters
• Log Out
• Delete and Re-Install Entire Game
• Delete a Character (thought that character might be the source)
• Gone to ESD to check on all my Delta Recruit Rewards

I was about to purchase a lifetime subscription (have one on PC already), but with this ongoing issue (and the lack of response from Arc Games Support)... *shrug*

It would be helpful if you could share screenshots or video of the problem so that we can more easily see the problem

As for Event Reputation projects, there haven't been any for quite some time now. I believe that the Section 31 Rifle (Arena of Sompek) was the last project that could be slotted there.
