Longtime Character Reset from Level 65 to Level 1. >> RESOLVED

My long time, Level 65, Fleet Admiral (Federation), AoY Recruit Character was RESET to Level 01 - STO Lieutenant Junior Grade, after the most recent Patch and occurred just after completing a PvP C&H mission.

I did nothing to precipitate this event. The screen blinked and the next message I received was that I can't PvP because my character wasn't a high enough level. When I investigated further I found that my character was now Rank Level 01.

In addition to my character being RESET to Level 01...
All the Reputation Systems have disappeared. They were all completed.
All the Specialization Trees have disappeared. They were all completed.
All Space & Ground Skills are labeled INVALID and there is a RETRAIN Button available.
All Ground & Space Equipment has been removed from character/Starship and sent to Inventory.
I don't have access to the Duty Officer System(s), which was also completed.
My Character is still in a T6 C-Store Ship.
The Temporal Transponder shows all items CLAIMED except it indicates a Rank of 0 (Zero).

My earned Accolades appear unaffected.
My Personal Ground & Space Traits are Locked Out (except for the first 3). It says "This slot unlocks at Vice Admiral 50".
My Starship Traits are Locked in place. It says "This slot unlocks at Vice Admiral 50".
My Bridge Officers appear unaffected.

I can't test anything as I am stuck in space without the proper level equipment to power my Starship to go anywhere. I received the following message, "You are not high enough Rank to use that".

    Character name sent. I also created and sent a ticket to ARC Games Support. Contact was established and the details sent. Fingers crossed.

    Resolved. Appears to be back to normal. Thank You very much for your help. No idea what happened there.
