LOBI Box opened, no ship granted

Yesterday I purchased the Tholian Iktomi (T6) lobi box off the exchange (220mil) and opened it. It flashed up the admiralty card for it, but no ready ship dialogue box appeared. Looked in Manage Ships npc and it wasn;t there, nor was the Admiralty card in ship roster.

Relogged, no joy and I had spare slots for ships. advised to post here by customer support.

    Have you looked in your Inventory for a Starfleet Delta or KDF symbol? Sometimes the ship gets stuck there instead of going to the ship roster. This often happens when your inventory is full, so check your inventory for anything in the overflow bag too.

    Inventory was 1/3 full at worst, no Fed delta nor anything in the overflow

    Was it due to you having your Brig full with prisoners or that your Passengers tab was full of Colonists?

    it was in my inventory after i clicked sort.
