Rename Token Broken

So I just purchased a rename token for 350 Zen and than used it but for some reason it only changed my characters name in the captains screen and not in the other menus when I tried to reverse it the game tells me that I have a already existing character by that name. Cryptic can you please fix this or remove the useless so called Rename Tokens as they very miss leading and aren't what me and others have paid for.
