Unlimited Upgrade Used, Did Not Actually Upgrade Item

I tried to upgrade a MK12 Bio-Molecular Torpedo to Epic MK15 using an Unlimited Upgrade from a 20-Key Pack. The Torpedo didn't upgrade to anything but it used my Unlimited Upgrade! This has happened to me in-game once before.

the upgrade is for beam weapons only....that doesn't qualify I think...

The ones from the key pack should be for any item, it should have worked on anything. I've heard of this happening before though, but have no idea as to why, or if they got compensated. Support in game on Xbox seems to be non existent.

XB users are the redheaded stepchildren of the lot...We get all the issues and ZERO resolution to issues....Many that Ive talked to online feel this way as well

There is no in-game support on any of the platforms. You've done right by posting the bug here, but contact Customer Support via the link at the top of the page as well.
