Well, here's another gem of
lack of quality support. Klingon toon got a levelup, I go to apply that point and am greeted with this.[img][/img]

Support's answer: spend Zen to buy a retrain token, not our problem that the game broke on you. Their next suggestion was I delete the character and start over.
Will they issue a retrain token to fix their problem? No. Give 300 Zen so I can buy the retrain token? No. They just want me to spend IRL money to fix their mistake.

I can confirm that clicking the "Retrain" button resets your skills for free when this happens.
If you want to re-skill, (allegedly for free as said by Inferiority to those with invalid skills status) do try to take screenshot of anything which may be relevant, at least including your ground and space choices and choices below, possibly traits of all types and slotted rep traits, and anything else you think might be related. I don't know if boff skills and hotbars (ground and/or space) may be affected.
