Elite Tactical Flyer Underperforming

Greetings, I'm having an issue with the Elite Tactical Flyer Squadron pets from the Miracle Worker Flight-Deck Carrier. No matter what I do, the pets damage will not increase (with the addition of Swarmer Matrix) and are underperforming damage wise from 10/24/19 onwards. I'm not sure if it's a bug or not, but I figured I should mention it.
