Not for a while I guess as it was rerun for the first time last year......it's the Temporal Recruits people really want but Cryptic won't run it because it's not 'inclusive'.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
It probably would not be that difficult to make the Temporal recruit event more inclusive if they cut corners, like having the other factions as "spies" caught up in the events in the Federation (which could be done with as little as making different starting cutscenes for each faction) and then dumped into the current setting where they are all allies now.
The hardest to justify that way would be the Klingons of course since they are the antagonists, but it would make an interesting situation of acting against one's own interests in the name of keeping cover. The character generator would have to be limited to making "augment virus" Klingons in Federation TOS style uniforms to work with the spy concept but once in the "modern" setting the player could use the tailor to change that easily enough (though making a basic TOS Fed uniform for Klingons could be a slight stumbling block).
A complete revamp that actually used the other factions to their best advantage would be better, but it would be a major undertaking that they understandably would not want to divert resources to do right now.
Delta might be a bit too soon, though if Gamma is as much of a flop as talk here and in zone chat makes it seem to be, running another Delta recruit event soon might help make up for that flop.
if a pike show comes around or if we get a tos lifetimer ship
as always ,cryptics excuse for not bringing it back is weak. first the team makes those recruits for just one faction , then they say o because it is for just one faction a rerun is not feasible.

You two need to grab some lirpas and fight it out. If re-runs of single faction events are flops, Cryptic would be right to not ever re-run them again.
Look, Gamma Recruitment was only rerun to celebrate the additions of the Jem'Hadar stuff to LTS.

Temporal came after Delta *, so it's also simply possible that it will be rerun at a later time. The whole faction was never that inclusive with only limited choice regarding species, so I doubt that it won't be rerun because of that.
* And yes, before Gamma but the reason why that one was rerun is indeed the lifer ship being added for Jems.
