Completing Ship Bundles

I seem to remember a dev blog that stated buying a ship that was part of a bundle no longer cut off access to completing the bundle at a later date. However, now I can't find any information regarding this and want to confirm before I buy any T6 ships that are part of a bundle.

Is this possible? If so, is it possible with the 3 ship cross-faction bundles or the bundles that have multiple versions of the same ship (like the Galaxy pack)? I've found a forum post that implies it is possible to complete one of the 9 ship mega bundles, but can't find any information about the smaller ones.

Smaller Faction ones break if you buy one ship. As an example, I no longer have the ability to buy the Klingon Command Battlecruiser bundle since I purchased the Ty'gokor from that, but the Command Battlecruiser packs for Federation, Romulan and the 9-pack are still purchasable. Note: 9-pack still showing full price for me, so no discounts for having purchased a ship is applied.

I've not broken a three-ship crossfaction pack, but it's my understanding those are still breakable, so that if you buy one ship, you have to buy the other two ships separately.

I'm unsure on the Galaxy pack, I'll have to check later if no one knows off-hand. Edit: still unsure, Galaxy only has Tier 5s, and I only have the Tier 6.

Further edit:
Fleet Admiral packs don't seem to break, as I can still buy all of them, even though I own one or even all of the ships in them.

it doesnt stop you from buying the mega 9 ship packs... but no discount so you still pay full price. for the 3 ship pack... no discount and no incentive to buy a 3 pack if you already own 1 ship. since the bundle is set up to be the cost of 2 ships for 3 total. again no discount on bundles even if you own 1 of the ships... so in essence no point in listing the 3 ship bundle since it's still the cost of 2 ships... you might as well buy em by itself.

I got all the intrepid ships separately, because of this I completely missed out on the Voyager bridge, now I can buy the bridge but it's at 2000 zen and I really don't watch to shell out that much when I already paid extra per ship.
