Anyway, politeness goes a long way when dealing with customer service. They are always far more likely to help you out if you can calmly and coherently explain your situation as opposed to ranting and swearing. I'm glad things worked out for you, OP.

When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.
I recently filed a ticket and had a pretty dim view of getting a response, much to my pleasure and surprise I got a response and a resolution. During the process I found myself actually hoping there was going to be some sort of survey to rate the experience Glad I saw this thread.
