No, there are no lvl 60 tokens. The J-H comes at lvl 60 at the start, it needs no token.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

You haven't 'finished' the game if you have only one toon. Roms, KDF and Fed have numerous unique missions to play through. The mini-factions DSC, TOS and JH have a small number of missions too.

Feds are awaiting for about half a dozen old missions to be returned when they have been updated too. Roms have the largest number of unique missions followed by KDF.

It takes about 28 hours of 'normal' play to level a toon to 65, so I do not seen the point of instantly levelling a toon to 65 as you will be severely lacking in Expertise to spend for a while, which is needed if you want to level your Reps and train Boff's.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

^ what they said. Try being a Klingon warrior, or a Romulan survivor, or Captain NotKirk in the TOS era, etc.

Engineering is a handy career for Romulans since the captain skills are power boosts and hull heals, which helps with the lower power levels of singularity drives and the lighter armor of warbirds.

If you really don't want to play the game, get up to doffing levels and just doff your way up. You don't have to spend much time on that.

I can't fathom why you'd not want to level a new character after only one though. Once you have 10+ sure I get it, but 1? Play a Romulan, they have a pretty good story. KDF has some pretty good missions itself.
