maybe this whole down time for Arc is to fix the issues with Wasteland and Frozen. Sure hope the are not removing anymore Romulan faction stuff.

I believe the trigger for Feds is The Galaxy at Large from Quinn.

Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.

I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything.

You can also skip the TFO, by selecting the appropriate button. I did, mostly because the TFO never started for me when I tried it.
