Lost ultimate upgrade while trying to upgrade Boolean Heavy Assault Cannon

On Sept. 16th around 1730 EST I tried to upgrade my Boolean Heavy Assault Cannon ground weapon with an Ultimate upgrade token I got from the key sale. When i clicked on upgrade it used the token in the appropriate window in the upgrade menu, but failed to increase my weapon. I did not use any accelerators since it was an Ultimate token, and would appreciate either having my weapon upgraded like i tried to do, or just refund it to me. Thank you for any help.

    I lost my ultimate upgrade on a borg tactical drone while trying to upgrade as well. Would be great to get another it seems like it might have a problem in upgrading ground items. It simply disappeared and I received no upgraded item.
