"Ran AccessLevel 9 Cmd: UseTicketProxy 1" appear onscreen when logging into the game. Hack?

The words "Ran AccessLevel 9 Cmd: UseTicketProxy 1" appear onscreen in red letters in the top right when logging into the game. Is this a hack or is it from the developers and is appearing on everyone's screen when logging in?

I'm using an Xbox One

    Getting that also, but it hasn't affected anything that I've seen.

    I get the same thing on PS4 too. Doesn't appear to be an issue though.

    I not getting it on PC so it could be console issue then.

    So im having issues trying to play the most epic game ever. STO. I operate on console, xbox1. So for the past three weeks i have been recieving a player timed out message, t just will not load. But, when i login i get in red type at the top right corner of my screen i get a message. RUN ACCESSLEVEL 9 CMD: USE TICKET PROXY 1. What does it mean!?!?
    Any advice?
