    Hard to tell with the lighting messing with the colour of what little skin is visible.

    Honestly that could be just about any male character with that hairstyle, though honestly I belive that's just a generic repetensation of our PCs (since they can't make a unique one for each and every player).

    Well technically they could they just don't want to waste few non-SAG recordings they're allowed to do for it.

    Not to me, no. Also I doubt they would be using 2 celebs on the same mission. They seem to prefer to give each celeb guest they get their own "solo" act.

    No. Head has the wrong shape, hair has the wrong color, body stance looks wrong as well. But other than that, no idea. :)

    I'm guessing some random player character captain. As they would need to get Brent Spiner the one who played Data to voice act in this game and they have not been able to yet. Maybe that could change with the upcoming Picard show. But no that isn't Data. We would know if Data was going to be part of this new storyline. I doubt they would hide that. Given they would advertise it to entice players back to the game so they could meet their favorite android.

    they need an episode with Kurland.. all the voice says is Kurland here with subtitles to what he is really saying

    Don't remember Data being a giant spider mech... Oh, the guy on the right... That hair is so generic it could be anyone... except Picard.

    Hmm Data must have quite the imagination then. Interesting theory. More believable then that being Data in that photo.

    No. Seriously, it's just a nondescript NPC. That is just one of the many hairstyles available in STO to any character.

    Brent Spiner charges a mint to do VO, so I doubt Cryptic would see a good ROI on such an investment, plus, they'd by announcing the hell out of it.
