Best Sing Core to upgrade to Epic?

Got a Fleet Thoron Sing Core from Spire? with AMP. Basically not worth it to upgrade at all since mk level does jack... getting it from UR to Epic wont raise stats either... will probably only get Epic Mod... but hardly worth upgrading unless you have $ to burn.

So is there a "better" Sing Core to get use and upgrade to Epic?

My Fleet Plasma Warp Core at least has 1 line item that increases as the Mk goes up... Warp Core Efficiency. None of the other line items improves... and you get the Epic Mod of W->S.

My choice of cores to make epic, as for those for shields, was based on combining two rep set bonuses, and what power levels I was after, which in my case was one for shield power and another for aux.

Also, the colony singularity core has some nice boosts across many subsystems, and at epic cores receive W->S which is a tiny little something.
