Weapons too big

The standard Phaser Stun Pistols look HUGE in the hands. Would love to see these updated to look smaller and a lil more like the classic TNG phasers.

Is the weapon too big or is your character's hands too small? ; ) In all seriousness, some of the hand weapons do look bigger than their counterparts. The Romulan disruptor rifle for example is almost twice as big as its on screen counterpart.
