Arena of Sompek bug

I've been running around shooting things, putting down crystal prisms, dying a lot, on all my characters (save for a level 2) and twice now, in a row, when doing this on my lowest level character I did not receive Reputation Marks.
After conversation on an in game chat I'm convinced there is a problem with afk detection for low level characters in Arena of Sompek.
I wouldn't really bother reporting this if not for the incident I had with that resulting in my account being temporarily suspended AND THEN this happening again. I do not want to be punished AGAIN for the game mechanics not working correctly if this happens ever again, so I'm going to stop running it on that character, but I do hope you fix it.
Also, with the hold + oneshot combos, I can finally see why people call it "Sompek Hell" or "Sompekku". It wouldn't be as terrible if it didn't punish players for how the mechanics work, as long as you could successfully complete it...
