Assault on Terok Nor Bug

I queued up for Assault on Terok Nor and i start out on the bridge of the ship and the guy saying they are beaming down boarding parties but i never beam down, this has happened multiple times now where I can not even play the map.

so it either take an afk penalty for not being able to do anything or get a leave penalty either way your stuck taking a penalty.
