ship/character moving without input

as the title says, I logged in to my character this morning, and he instantly started walking, no input at all, tried to beam out, even relog and still the same result, only the ship slowly rotates and bumps into things, did i miss an update in my absence causing a random zombie pandemic, even unplugging the keyboard and mouse failed to stop the movement, all 3 of my characters on the account do it.

day 2 of same issue, have filed support ticket with no response....

Someone else with this issue had a game controller connected and it was sending the movement commands.

hmm that might be the issue, doubt it though it's not active i'll try it though

looks like that worked, time for a new controller lol

Sometimes the obvious isn't so obvious leading people to jump to conclusions it must be the games fault.
