It won't come July even it does now, as that version of Windows 10 can only emulate 32-bit x86 apps and STO will be requiring 64-bit x64 for the game to run.
Edit: I'm curious if any users have tried STO on one of those or an install to an unsupported device with Windows 10 Arm forced onto it as well. Just I don't expect official support from Cryptic to be coming if Microsoft doesn't do Win64 emulation in Windows 10 Arm past the July end of service for 32-bit Windows of STO.
"The meaning of victory is not to merely defeat your enemy but to destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavours, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory."

See @tom61sto's answer. ARM CPUs are not intel/AMD x86 CPUs, they emulate 32-bit x86 only not 64-bit.
