Mission: "Turnabout" - Lighting 2.0 causing extreme performance degradation inside ship at 4k res.

As the title says; Lighting 2.0 causes performance to drop significantly when in the Elachi ship interior when playing at 4k resolution.
Performance (on my system) goes from 60fps lock with ~50% GPU usage (GTX 1080 ti) to 35-40fps with 100% GPU usage (At 1080p, it maintains a 60fps lock going from ~10% to ~30% usage).
I haven't experienced this behaviour in any other maps I've played so far; worth looking into, perhaps?
