Water too shallow on Risa

The water is too shallow on Risa. Originally, the water on Risa came up to the waist (above the hips). Now, the water rises only to the top of the thighs (below the hips). Originally, I could submerge my head completely beneath the water when I crouched down. Now, the top of my head remains above the water when I crouch.

The history of this bug is as follows:

1. Originally, the water on Risa came up to the waist (above the hips).
2. Then, something lowered the water level to about knee height.
3. Then, the water level was raised again, but only to the top of the thighs. The water level remains below where it was originally.

NOTE: It is possible that the height of the ground has changed instead of the water level. Either possibility could make the water appear deeper or shallower. What matters is the height of the ground relative to the water.

When I crouch, the water reaches my nose, but doesn't rise above that.

At some locations, the water reaches only the middle of the thigh, and when I crouch, my head and shoulders are completely above the water.

1. Log on to the character Mao Wong@frtoaster.
2. Visit the summer resort on Risa.
3. Go to the following location:

I forgot to add:

A consequence of not being able to completely submerge my head beneath the water is that I can no longer get an underwater view of Risa. I used to be able to look up and view the scenery from beneath the waves. This is no longer possible.
