Drozana Station: Mission Interact issue

Am trying to start "Time in a Bottle"... I am unfortunately feeling quite short...

We may need someone from maintenance to lower the mission interact... 0.o?

I was able to find a work-a-round... there is a gap between the elevator/door and the wall... by going between them and jumping, I could get to the interact, and press it... took a few tries though.
