B/O clip though the map

This is still happening. Don't remember the map, specifically, it was one of the new ones, chasing after the Mirror Verse captain in a jungle setting. Anyway, I had an incapacitated B/O "fall" though the map ground. I remember this happening in the early days of the game and it appears to be still broken.
