Duty Officer System for Reputation factions

Hi, I like to asked when we make a new rank in your commendations, we can have 2 option on our selection. Pick our new officer that it will be a main faction race (say Romulan - Reman, Rom, Suliban) and other choice is the faction we picked Federation or Klingons. Maybe add duty officer system for Reputation factions too - buy them at their HQ. Please I hope this come in game, thanks
