Minimum Requirements Issue

Just what are the minimum requirements for STO?
On my desktop, I have no issues, though my laptop is another thing... I used to be able to play on it, though now I get an error message saying that I need a graphics card that "Supports DirectX Hardware Feature Level 10 or higher"...
Any idea, what gives?

Maybe you have 2 Graphics Cards isseu !
Disable in Bios Onboard GFX Card if avaible
(Or and) disable ind Windows the weaker (onboard) GFX Card in Device Manager then reboot
Then should it work again !0 -

ACER NITRO (LAPTOP) with Ryzen 5 and Radeon 560x 4gb runs STO perfect. Be sure to update the bios and drivers.
its a 700.00 laptop, it has a m2 250gb hd, and 8 gb ram, but leaves an open bay for an extra hard drive and 1 open memory slot for easy ram upgrade. I added another 250gb SSD and 1 tb external drive and 16gb additional ram to mine.
Just in case any STO players were trying to decide on a new laptop.0 -

The R5 Graphics are lacking, since recent updates. I struggled with STO with R6 graphics. R7 graphics and up were what was needed.0
